AI & HR: Rethinking the people processes

 

Women in AI Sweden, together with HR-Föreningen and Jobylon, invite you to an evening of roundtable conversations on how AI is shaping HR processes today, and how we want those processes to work in the future.

This event is for HR professionals, people interested in AI, and anyone affected by HR processes at work. Recruitment, onboarding, skills mapping, performance reviews, and similar processes may sit with HR, but they affect candidates, employees, managers, and employers alike.

 

What it is

You will join roundtable conversations with people from different roles and backgrounds. You will share perspectives, compare experiences, and explore where AI could be useful, where caution is needed, and how these processes could work better for the people involved.

 

The evening is built around shared questions and discussion. The aim is to think together at the intersection of technology and professional practice. We will look at both what AI can do and how it should be used in processes that affect us directly at work.

If you care about AI and want to help shape how it affects working life, this event is for you.
