Människa + AI: så formas framtidens arbetsliv
I detta avsnitt delar Katja Einola och Violetta Khoreva med sig av sin forskning om hur AI förändrar arbetet, relationer och organisationskultur, och varför framtidens arbetsliv handlar om samspelet mellan människor och teknik. Vi diskuterar hur AI påverkar identitet, känslor och samarbeten, de praktiska utmaningarna vid implementering och forskarnas bästa råd för att införa AI på ett smart och mänskligt sätt.
Katja Einola is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Director of the Centre for Responsible Leadership at the Stockholm School of Economics Institute for Research (SIR). In addition to her academic work, she advises organizations on leadership and HR challenges related to strategic and technological change. Before entering academia, she held various expert, advisory, and leadership roles in both small and large multinational firms.
Katja’s research and teaching presently focus on team dynamics, hybrid work, leadership, HRM, artificial intelligence, and the role of ignorance in organizations. A self-described global nomad, Katja has lived on three continents and speaks six languages fluently.

Violetta Khoreva is a Research Fellow in Human Resource Management at Hanken School of Economics and a Docent in Business and Management (Adjunct Professor) at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Before taking on her current role, she spent ten years as an Assistant Professor in Management at Hanken.
Her research explores how people and intelligent technologies work together. Violetta’s work has been published in journals, including Human Relations, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Career Development International, among others.
She is currently guest-editing a special issue of Human Relations titled “Rethinking Humanness: Human Relations in the Age of AI and Technological Transformation”. In 2024, she served as guest editor for a special issue of Human Resource Management focusing on “Strategic Human Resource Management in the Era of Algorithmic Technologies”.
