Mikaela is the living embodiment of Indeed’s mission – to help people get jobs! Before joining Indeed, she was an advisor within an industry she is incredibly passionate about – wellness and wellbeing, providing consulting services to the Hayo’u Method.
Before consulting, she was the Customer Success Leader at Rungway, where she managed teams for both Sales and Customer Success in addition to looking after their enterprise book of business.
Mikaela was the first female leader to be on the Beamery Executive Leadership Team and managed a team of Customer Success professionals. She has also held senior roles at Uber and was also part of LinkedIn’s Global Consulting Organisation, working with some of the largest global customers to successfully position their employer brand on LinkedIn and beyond.
