The future of work is not something we just have to watch while it is happening. We can be actors in stead of observers. We have to seriously think about the way we would like to see the world of work evolve. The digital transformation will continue. Some jobs will certainly have disappeared in 2025, but new one will have developed. If we cleverly and creatively use the possibilities of technology, for many people work will be more rewarding than today. We will also see more diversity. Forced by a shortage od talent in certain areas, we had to develop new approaches to utilise the potential of people in better way. The future of work is bright, if we want it.
